It was revealed by police the A, who filed sexual assault charges against actor Lee Jin Wook has now withdrawn her statement:
“The person who sued Lee Jin Wook, A, has testified that there was no sexual assault during the police investigation. The investigation is almost over. Charges of libel against A will be based on the information collected thus far.”
During her fourth round of questioning she admitted there was no force used during their sexual encounter. No word on whether Lee Jin Wook will drop his defamation case, although that is highly unlikely, but she will most likely be charged by police for her false statement after they complete investigations into her motives.
