Park Yoochun of JYJ was charged with five (1, 2, 3 & 4, 5) total counts of sexual assault, the first charge was, however, dropped and then attempted to be refiled, but could not be. Since the last case was filed police officers have been investigating, and a number of false stories have come out including one about Yoochun being facing charges and one (FROM SBS) that said A, her boyfriend and cousin were found to have blackmailed Yoochun and had a warrant filed for their arrest.
As for actual facts, the DNA found in the underwear that was provided by one of the women (it is unclear to me which one since both the initial woman and the second women have been referred to as A by various outlets) has been found to be a match for Yoochun. However, this only confirms sex happened but it is hard to determine whether it was forced sex, so that makes this a case of he said she said, and thus the cops cannot press charges. As a result, Yoochun will likely be found not guilty of all charges. The investigations are NOT over, but the police released a statement saying they “will release a public announcement when the police investigations are over.”
