Another Charge Of Sexual Assault Filed Against Yoochun, But C-Jes Releases The WEIRDEST Statement…Ever

So in less than a week JYJ’s Yoochun has had a case of sexual assault filed against him then dropped (but still investigated). Then, today news broke that a 20 year old woman has submitted a new case against Yoochun for an alleged sexual assault that took place in December of 2015 in the bathroom of an adult entertainment/prostitution bar. She says she has been scared to come forward do to his celebrity.

Again, I’ll remain opinion-less on that except to say that yet again a number of other cases are rushing through my head. What caught my eye in particular with this news is the statement that Yoochun’s agency, C-Jes, has since released:

“Hello. This is C-JeS Entertainment.

We apologize for worrying many people with our involvement in continuous scandalous cases.

The recently reported second filed complaint against Park Yoochun are not true and we will take legal action for defamation and false accusation.

We believe that he will be cleared of suspicion as the police are currently investigating the first lawsuit.

We feel sad and regrettable to hear of news of another ridiculous lawsuit that has been filed through reports when Park Yoochun hasn’t even been asked for his testimony regarding the first case yet.

Currently, Park Yoochun is in a state of great emotional shock. We ask for refrainment from reporting invalid and sensational news and hope that people will wait for the results from the investigation.

In the case that Park Yoochun is found guilty of committing any crime, he will retire from the entertainment industry.

Um, wait…WHAT?

I have NEVER, not ever heard of a rep saying something like this in defense of their client, especially as the last line of a statement meant to assure the public these charges are false.
