Dumbfoundead has released a new MV for his song “Safe” which was inspired by the controversy that surrounded this year’s #OscarSoWhite controversy.

In the video Dummy addresses the whitewashing in Hollywood, as well as the underrepresentation and stereotyping of Asians in movies. I have SO many problems with the conversation around lack of diversity in Hollywood as well as the way it was addressed and handled at the Oscars, and Dumbfoundead’s approach and execution in “Safe” is giving me everything I was asking for. I am truly blessed for having seen/listened to this.
