On the recent episode of MBC Radio Star Nayeon of TWICE revealed that basically you have to go on a date with Park Jin Young in order to debut.

“There is a tradition for all artists before debuting…You have to have a meal with Park Jin Young. If you’ve eaten [with Park Jin Young], then your debut has been confirmed.”
