May This Day Go Down In Black History: Rania Adds Kpop’s First Black Member

Rania just dropped a new teaser for their comeback, “Demonstrate,” and in an unprecedented move, they have added new member, Alexandra, an African-American girl.

The 21 year old is from Kansas and was signed to Def Jam Records. While she was planning to debut here in the U.S she got an offer from Rania and signed to become an official member.

She can be seen in Jamie Foxx’s “You Changed Me” MV as Chris Brown’s love interest

I cannot wait to see first, the quality of this video and her rapping, and most importantly how she is treated in the Korean music industry. Will people be flocking to work with her? Will she help increase Rania’s relatively small popularity? So many questions, that only time can answer. All I know is Rania’s street cred overfloweth.
