Dispatch did it again. The dropped pictures of Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah out on a date. I don’t see any pictures or video that actually prove they were together or on a date, but, like with Suzy and Lee Min Ho, without any REAL evidence, Dispatch got actors Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin to admit to their relationship.
