This edition of ‘Who Wore it Better?’ is a face-off like no other. This week two entertainers turned designers are battle it out for the title of best dressed. Former member of idol girl group, and singer Seo In Young, and actress Ko So Young where both spotted in this green and white striped blouse from Ko So Young’s own fashion line, KOSOYOUNG Spring, 2013.

Part-time singer, and part-time shoe designer, Seo In Young was spotted in the top for her photo spread in Vol. 39 of 1st Look magazine. Wife of Jang Dong Gun, Ko So Young wore her blouse with the matching skirt for her photoshoot for Elle magazine’s March 2013 issue in which she showed off a few of the looks from her line. She was also seen in the red version of her top at the launch of her line at 10 Corso Como on February 22, 2013.
