Orange Caramel will be coming back on September 13th (12th US) with their 1st album, “Liptick.” To get fans excited for the unit group’s comeback Pledis revealed each members concept photo. The girls are all decked out in glittery lipstick, and shiny bling tell us its going to be a glamorous theme.
